How to Recover Accidently Deleted Files

How to Recover Accidently Deleted Files:
There are several ways to recover accidentally deleted files. In Windows, it will first go to the recycle bin.  For these cases, you need to access the recycle bin and select the deleted files and choose to restore it. This procedure will not work for files that have been “permanently” deleted. Examples of “permanently” deleted files are the following:
1.    Files deleted that does not go to the recycle bin.
2.    Files deleted from a memory card or USB flash drive.
3.    Files lost due to formatting the drive.
Recovering “permanently” deleted files
Recovering permanently deleted files require utility software. This is possible because the drive does not really delete the file but rather erase the “marker” that identifies that file. It would remain possible to recover the file as long as the physical space on the drive has not been overwritten by another file. There are several file recovery software that you can download from the internet. One of the best one is Recuva. It is a file recovery program from the creator of CCleaner and it is a freeware. The makers are trusted among computer technicians so you do not need to worry about false software or this program causing problems on your computer.
Prevention
Prevention is better than cure. You should always backup your important files. Create several copies of it in different media like USB flash drive, blank disc, online backup, or attach the file to your email and send it to yourself.
